Zenergë Gemz ships Worldwide, with free delivery on all orders over £100.

We aim to process all orders within 72 hours, however this is subject to change during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email.

Deliveries within the UK will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.

International deliveries are sent tracked via Royal Mail.

Please note that delivery times are there as an indication and Zenergë Gemz cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs. 

UK 1st Class Tracked Delivery (2-4 working days) - £5.55
International Delivery Europe (7-14 working days) - £12.50
Rest of World (7-21 working days) - £15.55

Returns Policy 

We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your item. Please contact us if you would like to return an order.
