THE HEART CHAKRA
Now let’s discuss one of the most important chakras, the Heart Chakra, located in the chest, in your heart space.
This beautiful chakra governs our compassion, empathy, love & forgiveness. It’s the chakra that brings feelings of peace, generosity, gratitude, transformation and most importantly love of self.
The heart chakra has a feminine energy and is symbolised as a 6 pointed star within a 12 petaled lotus. It’s mantra is ‘YAM, I love’ and connected to the element air.
When the heart chakra has blockages it causes feelings of insecurity, hard heartedness, unhappiness and unable to receive love which in turn leads to loneliness and resentment.
